Does anyone else have the same problem? You go to Target to get a few things, and you NEVER leave without spending at least $75.00. Why does it get me everytime? Do you think they have subliminal messages playing throughout the store? "Keep shopping, you have not yet reach your $75.00 mark." It is just too darn cool of a store.

Amen!! I totally know what you mean. We went as a family last night after supper and apparently both my husband and I heard the subliminal message because our total was nearly double the $75!
I KNOW! That is the one store where I lose my self control the most. I have been trying to only shop there once a week. I remember that my mom and aunt used to have the same affection for K-mart back in the day...
I'm feelin' your pain! Unfortunately, I usually can't get out of there for less than $100.
It's all those great deals!

There is no way that it could be Satan. Target is too much a "piece of Heaven".
I Agree 100%! That's why it's been a couple of months since I've even set foot in Target - I miss it and your blog made me want to go back! My sister got a lot of her furniture and decorations for her new apartment at Target - we were just at her place this last weekend - it rocked! Oh - if money only DID grow on trees... (And Chelle...you reminded me that my Aunt also had a huge thing for K-Mart back in the day...that's a good comparison :)
Well, at least you have 4 kids and only spend $75. Ben and I spend more than that and it is only the 2 of us. Like Samantha said, we also don't go often for the same reason. I think you should be proud...$75 on a family of 6. That's pretty good. :)
yes Laura, but you never asked how many times a week I actually go there and hear those subliminal voices in the store.--very naughty!!
OH I'm with you completely! I try my hardest to avoid because I'm with you on the $75 at least!
